Line of the day following training camp's first practice goes to Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, who says he watched the first episode of Terrell Owens' new reality show. He said it had some interesting people on it.  He was asked how the show might be improved.

"By not having it," McNabb said.

That is all for now.

Nice. I can't wait till Don wins one while TO's career is dying in Buffalo. I know half the city (at least the vocal city) is made up of McNabb haters, but he's on the verge of finally winning one.

Being "on the verge" and actually DOING it are two different things!

It's definitely not half that's haters. It's probably about 25-30%(but it is the vocal/dopey crowd)

About Rich Hofmann
Rich Hofmann arrived at the Daily News in 1980 for a job whose status was officially designated as "full-time, temporary." A senior at Penn at the time, he was hired to fill in on the copy desk during a staff illness. The notion of him covering the Eagles or being a columnist did not exist in anyone's imagination. It was supposed to be six weeks and out, but he never left. It is only one of the reasons why so many people have concerns about him as a potential house guest. Rich has blogged the postseasons of the Flyers and Eagles. E-mail Rich at hofmanr@phillynews.com
