If the 6ers can get a nice player to improve up front, sure then
trade, but without upsetting what they have going now.

Bowles, based on experience alone, should be in charge, but this is the Eagles, so Clueless Jeffrey and Arrogant Andy will want the least qualified to be at the helm. Soupy Sales will lead the Defense to an almost exciting (win the last 4) 7 and 9 season! The Insanity continues!

How is who starts at LB not Juan's fault? How is playing CB in zone when he is a bump and run cover guy not his fault. I think overall, Juan is bad on game day, with making adjustments. Bowles will help.

Bowles should be in charge! Sixers don't need Amare! Flyers need Pronger to heal up or make a trade!

About this blog
Rich Hofmann arrived at the Daily News in 1980 for a job whose status was officially designated as "full-time, temporary." A senior at Penn at the time, he was hired to fill in on the copy desk during a staff illness. The notion of him covering the Eagles or being a columnist did not exist in anyone's imagination. It was supposed to be six weeks and out, but he never left. It is only one of the reasons why so many people have concerns about him as a potential house guest. Rich has blogged the postseasons of the Flyers and Eagles. E-mail Rich at hofmanr@phillynews.com Reach Rich at hofmanr@phillynews.com.
