Nutter is expected to meet with several members of the Pennsylvania congressional delegation, including U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter, who is on the committee that will try to hash out the final legislation. Specter is one of a handful of Republican moderates whose votes were essential to the Senate's approval of an economic stimulus bill.
