Nutter & Council set to hunker down for another private meeting?

It appears Mayor Nutter and a likely quorum of City Council are preparing to meet at 4 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building for a budget discussion. We don't know yet that the meeting will be closed, but Nutter has shown no qualms in the past with keeping the press out of such budget discussions. It looks like they're hunkering down for a long session, too. Marcia Gelbart reports that a massive tray of cold cuts and bread was just taken into the meeting room.
