They question whether she's made up their mind. Here is the brief:

-----------------------------------------------

The federal bribery trial of Christopher Wright, City Councilman Jack Kelly's chief of staff, started its 8th day with a defense lawyer raising questions about the objectivity of a juror.

Juror No. 2 has drawn more attention than any of the 12-member panel during this trial, which opened Jan. 29. She showed up for the first day of testimony wearing a Terrell Owens Cowboys Jersey, and appears to have some issues staying awake. This morning Tom Bergstrom, who represents developer Ravi Chawla, told Judge Eduardo Robreno that the court needs to resolve an issue with Juror No. 2.

Wright is on trial along with devlopers Ravi Chawla and Hardeep Chawla and their corporate attorney, Andy Teitelman.
