City Hall empties for bathroom fire

POSTED: Thursday, October 25, 2012, 1:16 PM

City Hall was evacuated just after 1 p.m. Thursday for small fire in a fourth-floor women's bathroom. Water poured down elevator shafts and down the outside of the building from the sprinkler system. Fire Department is on the scene but the fire appears to be a minor one that has been extinguished.

What is it with government buildings being sabotaged? Last time it was the police station's toliet seats missing. They had nothing to go on.

Fire in a bathroom? I thought it only happened in high schools. You know, kids smoking in the bathroom.

The fire department will probably be blamed. After all City Hall blames the fire department for every problem this city has. They should have let it burn or let the sprinkler system flow water all day long.
