Bill Clinton to stump for Nutter

As if Mayor Nutter needed the push, Former President Bill Clinton will come to town four days before the general election to stump for incumbent.
Clinton will be at Temple University's Mitten Hall on October 29 in an open rally for the mayor.
Nutter has a healthy relationship with the Clintons; he backed Hillary for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008, much to the chagrin of the city's black political establishment.
Perhaps the Secretary of State will show up to help Nutter in his quest to beat Republican Karen Brown in a city where Democrats outnumber Republicans by 6 to 1.Here's the press release from the Nutter campaign.
PRESIDENT CLINTON TO ATTEND RALLY FOR MAYOR NUTTER Event to take place Oct. 29th at Temple’s Mitten Hall
(PHILADELPHIA) -- President Bill Clinton will attend a rally in support of Mayor Michael A. Nutter’s re-election, on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2:30 p.m., at Temple University’s Mitten Hall.
The rally is free and open to the public. Mitten Hall is located at 1913 N. Broad St.
Michael A. Nutter is seeking his second term as Mayor of Philadelphia, having steered the city through a tough national recession. Crime has decreased during Mayor Nutter’s tenure, while high-school graduation and college-going has increased. The Mayor has recently introduced a flurry of economic development projects throughout the city, promoting Philadelphia as a smart location for new employers and job growth.
Mayor Nutter said he was excited about the former President’s visit and hoped it would help remind voters about the upcoming General Election on Nov. 8th. “Turn-out is important for all of us,” Mayor Nutter said.

My questions is, What is Clinton getting in return? Earwitness
I wonder if Hillary will be President Obama's running mate for 2012? Biden is a figurehead. At least Hillary could be some backbone in charge there and tell Boehner and his crew where to stick it, while Obama gets some work done without the white roadblocks. EGGHEAD.
