Heard in the Hall has cracked the Mayor Nutter vacation case, and reveals to you that he is hunkered down in Aruba. Nutter was spotted on a USAIR flight Saturday that was delayed several hours, according to our source. Nutter has kept his two-week holiday plans secret, fueling rampant speculation that he was visiting a timeshare in Hilton Head or even heading to Spain. Nope, it's Aruba, the Dutch colony that was, we note, discovered by a Spaniard (Alonso de Ojeda), perhaps leading to the confusion. As we say on the island, Mr. Mayor, "Bon bini!"

- Aruba looks very pretty but I agree that there should be a personal boycott. Why go to some place that fumbled and covered up that murder?
