Midwest-CBK recalls baby rattles

Midwest-CBK recalled about 1,900 baby rattles because head on the rattle can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. This recall involves donut-shaped polyester knit fabric baby rattles with heads and arms to resemble a bear, monkey and a lion.
The company received one report of the head on a rattle detaching.No injuries have been reported. For more information, go to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website.
