Healthy family recipe: Smart and sweet popcorn

With almost 4 grams of fiber per 3 cup serving, popcorn is the original whole grain snack to help keep your kids’ hunger away until dinner time.

Break free of your typical after school snack routine with this super tasty recipe for flavored popcorn. With almost 4 grams of fiber per 3 cup serving, popcorn is the original whole grain snack to help keep your kids' hunger away until dinner time.

Compared to leading brands of flavored popcorns, our version saves on added sugars and saturated fats, to help keep your family's hearts healthy. While most brands we researched have 4 grams of saturated fat per serving, this recipe clocks in at less than 2 grams per serving! And sugar- only 1 gram per serving.
