Warm up your family's morning with a hot bowl of oatmeal. This easy recipe packs flavor, fiber, and healthy fats, that pre-packaged convenience packets often lack. While flavored oatmeal packs can contain 4 to 8 teaspoons of added sugar per serving, there is no added sugar here – only the natural kind from the banana.
