Celebrate Halloweekend in style

Halloween weekend kicks off tonight, and what better way to celebrate the weekend in style than with martinis, mischief, models and Marc Jacobs (if one is lucky)?

Halloween weekend kicks off tonight, and what better way to celebrate the weekend in style than with martinis, mischief, models and Marc Jacobs (if one is lucky)?

The following list includes a roundup of the hottest festivities in the city (and beyond).

On Friday, the Young Friends of the Foundation for Breast and Prostate Health (FBPH) are holding a silent auction event called, "Mischief and Martinis" at Hotel Palomar, from 8-11 p.m. Guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction to benefit the FBPH. The event is sold-out, but interested parties can try their best to finagle their way in. Tickets cost $75 and 100% of the proceeds will go to FBPH. Now that's what we like to call fun philanthropy.

On Saturday, the Revolution House is hosting a party called, "Halloween on Terrace." The event starts at 10 p.m. and will be held on the outdoor second floor patio (and I must admit, the view is fabulous). There will be drink specials and a costume contest (with prizes), so dress your Halloween best.

Marc Jacobs will also host his costume ball at the Town Hall in Provincetown, Mass. that evening. Unfortunately friends, unless you're close with Marc, getting into this one will be quite difficult. According to Page Six, all 900 tickets sold out within minutes. However, we're looking forward to what the hot designer will wear to his event. It will be fabulous.

On Monday, two top models battle it out to see who will host the biggest New York Halloween party. Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr will dress as a ringmaster at Catch Roof in the Meatpacking District. Meanwhile, former top Angel Heidi Klum is hosting her annual Halloween party at PH-D at the Dream Downtown. According to Page Six, "Model Halloween parties have been a tradition since Naomi Campbell's wild and glam bashes of the late '90s with fellow supermodels Kate Moss and Linda Evangelista." To be honest, we think Klum, who's hosted Halloween parties for the past ten years, will win this one.
