Hungtington-Whiteley fights robots in style

Almost as impressive as the $261 mil "Transformers" has grossed thus far is Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley running through the streets of Chicago, dodging death-by-aliens in sky-high stilettos.

For the second weekend in a row, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" remained in its top box-office slot. Almost as impressive as the $261 million the film has grossed thus far is Rosie Hungtington-Whiteley running through the streets of Chicago, dodging alien-death in sky-high stilettos.

Last week, Hungtington-Whiteley confessed that it was difficult for her to shoot various action scenes in her heels. She told the Belfast Telegraph, "One thing I learned about this movie with the wardrobe was to try and persuade the director not to make you wear heels all the way through an action sequence."

The British model-turned-leading-lady / love interest of Sam Witwicky brought stylish credentials to the set of "Transformers" in her debut role as Carly Spencer. Most-recognizable as a Victoria's Secret Angel and No. 1 in Maxim's Hot 100 list, Huntington-Whiteley also boasts fashion campaigns with Burberry and runway experience with Prada.

Huntington-Whiteley continues to turn heads for her ensemble preferences through the global "Transformers" tour. The actress has worn an array of designers, from Gucci to Burberry to Naeem Khan. It's no surprise that Rosie is a default pick for Vanity Fair's annual "Best-Dressed List."
