The successes behind Bieber fever's perfume could be the driving force behind the surge in celebrity fragrance partners.

Now, Jon Bon Jovi joins the mix of stars-who-smell-good as the face of Avon's Unplugged.

The 50-year-old artist is set to appear in ads for both male and female fragrances. Both parties said it was a mutual admiration for their involvement in philanthropies that made partnership a reality.

The bottles will hit beauty counters this November.
