Sestak to ABC: Tax Deal a "Backdoor Stimulus"

In an interview with the ABC News webcast "Top Line" Friday, Rep. Joe Sestak (D.,Pa.) called the tax deal a "backdoor stimulus" that was necessary because Democrats lacked the "courage" to make the original program big enough.

Sestak, who is leaving office in the next few weeks after losing his bid for the U.S. Senate, spoke with Rick Klein and Amy E. Walter. The former Navy admiral also said "it's about time" to end the don't-ask-don't-tell ban on gays openly serving in the military.
