Former Gov. Ed Rendell tells MSNBC last night that he thinks GOP candidate Rick Santorum will claim victory in Pennsylvania's primary next month.
That despite the fact most GOP powerbrokers in Pennsylvania have lined up behind Mitt Romney.
Why does Rendell think the former Pennsylvania Senator will prevail?
A GOP divide that favors the harder-right leaning Santorum.
Rendell said he feels the party base in the Commonwealth has swung right and that will push Santorum ahead of Romney at the polls on Apr. 24.
