Another in what is sure to be a springtime wave of rallies to restore education funding crashes on the Capitol steps Tuesday.

This time with University of Pittsburgh and Penn State students deliveri their message to Gov. Corbett and the state legislature to restore the 50 percent funding cut their universities have been dealt in Corbett's proposed spending plan.

In their pre-rally YouTube video, dozens of Pitt students poignantly finish the sentence: "If you cut our funding..."
