Which sweet potato would YOU rather eat?

A young girl's report on chemicals and sweet potatoes is about as simple and as elegant as it gets.

She heard that you could sprout a sweet potato, so she took a grocery store specimen and stuck it in water. Nada. She puts it on the table and there it is, bare of growth.

The grocer told her it had been sprayed with a chemical -- Bud Nip, or chlorpropham -- to prevent it from sprouting.

Later, she got an organic potato, and she shows in the video how lush its greenery is.

"Which potato would you rather eat?" she says.
