Healthy Recipe: Sweet Potato Toast

Here's a little topping inspiration for your next Sweet Potato Toast!

Prepare the Sweet Potato Toast: 

Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4" slices.  Pop in the toaster for 2-4 rounds, or until lightly toasted and tender in the middle.  (Alternatively, place in toaster oven or oven, for about 8 minutes, flipping half way).  Add your favorite toppings!

Here are two of my favorite flavor combos:

Avocado + Basil + Tomato + Lemon + Olive Oil + Sea Salt + Chile Flakes

OR

Almond Butter + Tamari + Sriracha + Toasted Sesame Oil + Lime + Cilantro + Pepitas
