This DIY sorbet is refreshing and decadent. The best part? There are only 3 ingredients. Talk about a guilt-free indulgence!
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 lime, juice + zest
- 1 mint leaf
In a food processor or blender, puree the mango with lime juice + zest. (If necessary, add a tsp of water at a time, to achieve a sorbet consistency) Add the mint leaf and pulse a few more times.
Feeling spicy? Add a dash of cayenne for a subtle kick!
