‘Ahha! Workshop’ combines nutrition, fitness for women

Ladies, are you looking to start the 2014 holiday season off on the right foot? Look no further than the Ahha! Workshop for Women at Weston Fitness.

Jolene Hart, CHC, AADP, Certified Health Coach and author of Eat Pretty and Sandy Weston, M.Ed, founder of Weston Fitness are co-teaching a 4-week workshop focused on helping you look and feel your most beautiful, fit and energized.

"The class is kind of like an ahha! moment — it's a pretty unique concept because each session combines 30 minutes of beauty-focused nutritional coaching with a 30 minute workout," said Hart.

During each hour-long class, Weston will whip you into shape with four different high-intensity sessions using the barre, TRX, kettlebells and your own body. Then, Hart will cover topics including foods that help with anti-aging, increase energy, and reduce stressed. She'll also share her coveted tips on how to "eat pretty" through an endless array of holiday parties.

The women-only classes will be held at Weston Fitness on Wednesdays from November 5 to 19 and again on December 3 at 1:30 p.m. The workshop will cost $120 for Weston Fitness members, and $140 for non-members.
