U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak formally announced this morning he would challenge U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter in the Pennsylvania Democratic primary.
Sestak, a former Navy admiral, made the announcement before a crowd of supporters at his home VFW post in Folsom, Delaware County.
