They are Brandon Mooty, 28, of the unit block of Elvon Avenue in Lansdowne, and Richard Ford, 28, from 400 block of Kent Road in Upper Darby.

As the Inquirer's Kia Gregory previously reported:

One man, 25, was shot in the abdomen and was in critical condition at Hahnemann University Hospital. Another 25-year-old was shot in the knee, and a 23-year-old sustained a shoulder wound and a graze wound to his jaw. They were reported in stable condition at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
