Accident cleared, ramp to Comm. Barry Bridge reopened

A ramp to the Commodore Barry Bridge in New Jersey was closed for nearly 10 hours after a tractor trailer carrying liquid asphalt overturned last night.

A ramp leading to the Commodore Barry Bridge in New Jersey was closed for nearly 10 hours after a tractor trailer carrying liquid asphalt overturned last night.

The ramp reopened about 8 a.m. after crews uprighted the tanker and covered its spilled cargo with foam.

The tanker truck overturned about 10 p.m. as it rounded the ramp linking Routes 322 and 130 in Logan Township in Gloucester County.

There is no word about injuries.
