N. Phila. man shot in face at home

A 28-year-old man was critically wounded today when he was shot in the face in his home in North Philadelphia, police said.

 Inquirer staff writer Naomi Nix reports:

A 28-year-old man was shot in the face and critically wounded today in his North Philadelphia home, police said.

Police have not disclosed the circumstances or a possible motive for the shooting about 2:25 a.m on 2900 block of North 24th Street.

A neighbor took the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was reported in critical condition, police said.
