A 14-year-old girl in New Jersey faces child pornography charges after allegedly posting nearly 30 nude pictures of herself on MySpace.
The Associated Press reports:
A 14-year-old girl in New Jersey faces child pornography charges after allegedly posting nearly 30 nude pictures of herself on MySpace.
The Passaic County Sheriff's Department's Internet Crimes Unit conducted a month-long investigation and discovered the Clifton resident had posted the photos of herself.
Any of her cyber friends or anyone who knew her full name could have accessed the images.
The teen is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of
distribution of child pornography. She was released to her mother's custody.
Authorities say there may be additional arrests.
