Just another mystery of Center City life. Someone placed a plastic hat atop the Rittenhouse Square sculpture by Paul Manship called Duck Girl (1911) and described on the Friends of Rittenhouse Square Web site as a "lyrical bronze of a young girl carrying a duck under one arm." Police officers based in the small gazebo next to it say the hat wasn´t there yesterday. ( Tom Gralish / Staff Photographer )
