Make an example out of him. I feel that too often there is an excuse for a man in a suit. I do not think that that same level of flexibility in our judicial system is offered to everyone.

She should sue him and CBS. He ruined her career and CBS 3 should be held accountable. I could see her getting 8 figures in a lawsuit, easy.
