Good morning, Philadelphia: A hair-raising sunrise

Good day, sunshine.

It was still cool but sunny as Miguel Medina, sun rays illuminating his spikey hair, waited for SEPTA's No. 15 trolley at the corner of Richmond and Allegheny this morning on his way  to S. A. Douglas High School.

The temperature is going up to 72 today with a taste of  summer promised this weekend. TGIF.
