Staff photographer Clem Murray reports:
If you were traveling north on I-95 through the city of Chester during the early part of the morning rush hour, you likely sat in snarled traffic for a while.
A car went out of control exiting the interstate at Kerlin Street around 6:15 a.m. and crashed, according to police on the scene.
The driver was injured and taken to Crozier Chester Hospital. The exit was temporarily closed.
