Campaigning at polling places is most common problem, so far

The most common problem -- 28 of the 76 complaints received -- is active campaigning at the polling places, the Committee of 70 says its volunteers report as of 1:45 p.m. The committee received at least two reports from volunteers that supporters of DA candidate Dan McCaffery are handing out literature inside the polling place. As in some prior elections, there is some confusion among voters registered as non-partisans: They can vote only on ballot questions.
