One boy wrote "I heard your voice. I like your voice. I wish I can live with you in the White House. Love Seamus."
The president will take the Kearny Elementary School auditorium stage momentarily. He is expected to speak about the landmark No Child Left Behind Act, which he signed seven years ago today.
In his last policy speech as president, Bush heralded the No Child Left Behind act, signed seven years ago today. Bush also called on legislators to reauthorize and strengthen the law. "now is not the time to water down standards or roll back accountability."
