Bucks millionaire expected to plead guilty in Russian sex ring case

Inquirer Staff Report

A Russian-born millionaire from Bucks County is expected to plead guilty today in Philadelphia federal court to international child-sex charges.

Andrew Mogilyansky, 38, of Richboro, was charged in December with traveling to orphanages in Russian to molest young girls and hire them out as prostitutes.

The investigation of the alleged child-prostitution ring led to another indictment earlier this month, when federal officials charged a King of Prussia woman with lying to immigration officials.

Natalya Goretska, 28, was indicted for denying on an immigration form in June that she had helped procure people for prostitution. Authorities allege that she used the Internet between 2002 and 2004 to find clients for a Russian prostitution business.
