British police to patrol at 30th Street Station

Passengers at 30th Street Station should not be surprised today if they hear police officers speaking with British accents.

Passengers at 30th Street Station should not be surprised today if they hear police officers speaking with British accents.

As part of a joint counterterrorism program, a half dozen members of the British Transport Police will patrol the station with Amtrak officers. The British officers were at Union Station in Washington yesterday and will be visiting Baltimore and New York City this week.
