Blue Route / I-76 ramp reopens after being closed for 16 hours
The ramp linking the northbound Blue Route to westbound I-76 has reopened more than 16 hours after a tractor trailer carrying a corrosive chemical overturned on the interchange.

The ramp linking the northbound Blue Route to westbound I-76 has reopened more than 16 hours after a tractor trailer carrying a corrosive chemical overturned on the interchange.
Crews worked through the night to unload the truck's cargo and upright the vehicle, reopening the ramp about 6:30 a.m., in time for the brunt of the morning rush hour.
The driver suffered minor injuries in the accident about 3 p.m. yesterday.
