- Americanitis1 you have to be kidding. Signing Matt Carle would be a complete waste of money. Did you not see the Devils series? He panics with the puck. He coughed up the puck way too much. He seems scared on the ice. He rarely hits anyone. I keep hearing pair Carle with this guy or that guy and you will see. I thought he had a horrible year. I am so tired of watching him play. He is soft... period. He has really not done much his entire career in philly. Pronger made him look so much better than he was. I would rather let him walk.— willr
Parise? Really? Another undersized forward is the answer for the flyers? Flyers need some grinders with size that bring it everynight...I miss Rod Brind'Amour- Wow it amazes me how people either or love or hate Carle. He's an above average D man with flaws (a 2nd unit d-pair). Also why draft any d men if you want to compete for the cup? They take so long to mature. Get your d through f.a. and trades and draft North American goalies with fire!— jking91
- Parise would be great but not going to happen as other teams have more money to lure him if he moves. I wouldn't mind adding Ryan from the Ducks as long as price is reasonable.— connorjr
- Parise will need an armored truck to haul away all the cash he is about to get. Sadly, Ed Snyder does not have enough cash to fill that truck so let's just hope Parise signs with someone that is in a different division than the Flyers. — redstaterightwinger
