Stevens' team wins Flyers regatta

The team led by head coach John Stevens finished in first place in the Flyers' Biscayne Bay Sailing Regatta today in South Florida.

The team led by head coach John Stevens finished in first place in the Flyers' Biscayne Bay Sailing Regatta today in South Florida.

Stevens was joined by mates Jack McIlhargey, Craig Berube, Joe Mullen, Adam Patterson and Brad Smith.

Second place was taken by the crew of Chris Pronger, Matt Carle, Ray Emery, Simon Gagne, Mike Richards and Mike Pyorala.

Third place went to Brian Boucher, Ryan Parent, Claude Giroux, Darrell Powe, James van Riemsdyk and Danny Syvret.

Fourth place went to Kimmo Timonen, Braydon Coburn, Jeff Carter, Scott Hartnell, Danny Briere and Bryan Hardenbergh.

Fifth place was taken by Ian Laperriere, Blair Betts, Arron Asham, Riley Cote, Olf-Kristian Tollefsen and Daniel Carcillo.
