The Flyers’ goalie carousel continues to spin. When it stops, nobody knows.

Flyers coach Peter Laviolette confirmed this morning that Brian Boucher will start tonight against Tampa Bay, continuing the one-on, one-off rotation between Boucher and Russian rookie Sergei Bobrovsky. Game time is 7 o'clock on Versus.

Boucher was the Flyers’ star of the game in last Saturday’s 2-1 overtime loss, stopping 25 shots against the upstart Blues in St. Louis. That was Boucher’s first start of the season.

Bobrovsky, 22, has started twice in net for the Flyers, posting a 2-0 record while stopping 58 of 62 shots faced for a .931 save percentage and 2.00 goals against average.

Boucher will face former teammates Simon Gagne and Randy Jones, as they both make their Philadelphia debuts against their former team. Tampa Bay won last night, 4-3 in overtime, to spoil Montreal’s home-opener.
