Betts skates, Gagne doesn't

BOSTON -- Blair Betts, the Flyers' best penalty killer, skated this morning and is expected to play in tonight's Game 7 against the Bruins.

Betts appeared to have injured his shoulder in the waning minutes of the second period in Game 6 when attempting to make a check into the boards. He did not skate yesterday.

Meanwhile, Simon Gagne did not skate but said there is nothing bothering him. He also is expected to play.

Gagne said he skipped practice because it was "just practice" and said he is trying to give the bone in his foot more time to heal.

There were concerns that Gagne might have reaggravated his fractured right big toe when he blocked a shot in Game 6. He was kept off the ice yesterday for precautionary reasons.
