Westbrook concussion

Brian Westbrook got kneed in the head by London Fletcher. It looked like he was out cold. His brother, Byron, a member of the Redskins, stood over Brian as the trainers worked on him. Westbrook left the field on his own, and went to the training room. It was determined he has a concussion and won't return.

It's a shame for 36. He has been craving more carries, and it looked like Andy Reid was going to lean on him tonight. He got the first two carries of the game, the first a direct snap that he took a couple of yards, the next a handoff from Donovan McNabb that he took for five yards. He left the game after his third carry.
