What's new at tonight's Night Market

This Night Market will be on Lancaster Avenue, between 35th and 39th Streets in West Philadelphia, and will feature 75 vendors in trucks and tents. It will run from 6 to 10 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 14 is another Night Market - an outdoor food extravaganza sponsored by The Food Trust, which works to get healthful food into local people's mouths. It's free to attend, pay as you go.

This one will be on Lancaster Avenue, between 35th and 39th Streets in West Philadelphia, and will feature 75 vendors in trucks and tents. It will run from 6 to 10 p.m.

First-time participants will be:

Dadz Grilled Cheese; guess what

Flying Deutschman: ja-ja - German street food

Luscious Bakery: specializing in brunchy stuff

SeoulFull Philly: Korean street food

Siddiq's Fresh Fruit Water Ice: the Temple U fave

The Grill Cheese: yep - bread and cheese

Whirly Pig: will be serving pork topped with bacon and white slaw on a snowflake roll

Kim Chi Smoke: Korean BBQ

Naturally Sweet Desserts: dairy-free desserts

Spice Caterers: try the quinoa and couscous-herbed empanadas

Zuzu Confectionery: frozen mango in dark chocolate and chipped coconut
