What to do with leftover Peeps

Bethlehem's Just Born hatches 2 billion Peeps marshmallow candies each year for Easter.

Some are actually eaten, of course. But others end up in a variety of places - perhaps in a desk drawer.

Smithsonian Mag has gathered five ways to cook with them - including baking them atop potatoes, adding to baked breakfasts and cookies, blending them, even making a salad out of them.

Or just leave them in a drawer.
