We asked you a few weeks ago to name your favorite pizzeria.
Based on a thousand or so responses, we've come up with a list of 40 local spots that you tell us hit the spot. Most of these establishments are in Philly and the surrounding counties.
It's a mix of old-time deck ovens like Pinocchio's, one "tomato-pie" destination (DeLorenzo's on the other side of Trenton), and a few of the "new-fangled" Neapolitans (Vecchia, Vetri, Stella).
Vote for your favorite by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7.Deadline has passed.
We'll then further slice the data: A panel of taste-testers will sample pies from the top five vote-getters.
