Sam Mink of Center City's Oyster House (he's third generation) is bringing back some of the most popular dishes from his family haunts, Kelly's on Mole Street and Sansom Street Oyster House, on Thursdays
Chef Brett Naylor is updating them where necessary.
The first dish - served March 6 - will be Oyster Pan Roast: oysters lightly poached in a creamy tomato broth and served with blackened shrimp-buttered crostini.
