Tax Day food specials

April 15 may give you indigestion.

Or perhaps the stress of income tax actually piques your appetite.

Either way, here are some local food deals for April 15:

Boston Market. The chicken specialist offers a buy-one-get-one-free individual chicken or pulled-pork meal.

California Tortilla. You get free chips and queso or salsa with any purchase. You must say the password, "Taxes Shmaxes."

Great American Cookies. The national cookie chain's sole Philly area location is in Voorhees Town Center. You get a  regular sugar cookie if you ask for one.

Hard Rock Cafe: Visit from 5 to 7 p.m. If you get up the nerve to sing from the stage (live piano player!), you get a free burger.

Pizza Hut. The pizza chain is running a mail-in sweepstakes, and the prizes are, frankly, cheap (two "grand-prize" winners will each get a $50 gift card?). Rules and such are here.
