Revolution Taco launches food truck

A little more than a year after opening the Revolution Taco shop at 2015 Walnut St., 33rd Street Hospitality Catering is taking its act on the road.

Chefs Michael Sultan and Carolyn Nguyen are rolling out a Revolution Taco truck, selling not only customer favorites from the menu but various "experiments."

It will appear at the spring’s biggest neighborhood food festivals, including StrEAT Food Festival in Manayunk (April 9), Swarthmore Food Truck-a-Thon (April 21), Science Festival at Penn's Landing (April 29), Cinco De Mayo at the Piazza at Schmidt's Commons (May 5) and South Street Spring Festival (May 6).

Among the truck exclusives are a Nashville fried chicken taco (spicy buttermilk chicken with homemade buttermilk ranch, homemade pickles and diced white onions) and quesadillas.
