Chef Robert Irvine's road show - Restaurant Impossible on the Food Network - just spent a few days and $10,000 on a makeover of Edibles Restaurant in Horsham.
Edibles owner John Hurley told the local Patch site: "They’re going to make recommendations and I’m going to heed to whatever they think is going to be good for Edibles," he said. "I haven’t made any money in four and a half years."
(Sounds like a common refrain in the restaurant world.)
The episode is due to be shown at 10 p.m. July 21.
Irvine's next stop will be May 22-23 in Bethlehem, where his project will be Brenner Street Restaurant & Bar.
