For one seating only, Matyson (37 S. 19th St.) will feature a collaborative menu from head chef Ben Puchowitz and George Sabatino of Stateside (1536 E. Passyunk Ave.) with wine pairings by Greg Moore of Moore Brothers on Jan. 17 at 7 p.m.
