The Center City District has sprung another edition of its online cookbook, “Center City Cooks.”

It includes a dozen kitchen-tested recipes for appetizers, main dishes, desserts and cocktails. It's available for download here.

Among the new recipes: El Vez’s original Guacamole, German Potato Salad from Percy Street Barbecue, Asparagus Soup from Le Bec-Fin, a Sampantini from Sampan, and Roasted Leg of Lamb from M Restaurant at the Morris House Hotel.
