Momofuku Ssäm Bar to pop up at Zahav
Zahav hosts Momofuku Ssäm and Rudofker in a one-night-only pop-up that's part of Saam's late-night series. Hence the ungodly starting time of 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 13.
A few months ago, Zahav chef/co-owner Michael Solomonov did a pop-up appearance at New York's Momofuku Ssäm Bar, whose chef de cuisine is Philly native and Vetri alum Matthew "Rudy" Rudofker.
It's payback time as Zahav hosts Momofuku Ssäm and Rudofker in a one-night-only pop-up that's part of Saam's late-night series.
Hence the ungodly starting tme of 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 13
The cost is $85, which includes food, booze, tax and gratuity.
Tickets will be available beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24, at precisely at 11:45 p.m. through the Cook N Solo website.
